Who are we?

We are a group of professionals with over 15 years experience  dedicated to providing comprehensive services to companies and individuals, both legal advice, as in tax, corporate and accounting advice through our duly registered professionals in the Official Professional Colleges. Our greatest expertise is the private international law, business consultancy projects and business management. We have a department specialized in lawsuits.

 

 

We have experience in Private International Law, especially the Trade Law and International Tax planning with a representative office in Dubai and Brussels, plus offices in Denia and Calpe.

     We have participated in various projects as speakers and consultants with the European Commission, the Assembly of European Regions and the Committee of the Regions in various issues both on the economic situation of European Regions (eg in the SURE Project ESPON), and social issues (EU Alcohol Prevention AER) and business in collaboration with institutions such as the Sport is Life Foundation, the European Former Football Players Association, the Aixec- Red Cross Foundation, the Finnovaregio Foundation, the European Regions Research and Innovation Network and many others. Also in negotiations on behalf of companies to obtain financing from the European Investment Bank.

 

     As MERCANTILE, LABOR, TAX AND FINANCIAL ADVISORS, we are currently managing the interests of 45 companies (and some self-employed) in the provinces of Alicante and Valencia. Also companies in Malta, Dubai, Brussels, London and Geneva. We use a flexible system, based on accounting entries everyday until concrete advice in different areas of business activity.

     On the other hand, in the JUDICIAL area, we have extensive experience in the new trade order processes as well as in the fields of Administrative, Civil and Criminal Proceedings.
